Real Estate Sales Consultant
Main Responsibilities
- Support international clients with rental and purchase inquiries
- Conduct property viewings and explain contract conditions
- Coordinate with management companies and landlords
- Follow up clients until contract completion
Preferred Profile
- Strong communication skills (English required)
- Interest in Japanese real estate
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and client-focused
Marketing & Content Specialist
Main Responsibilities
- Create content for website and social media
- Support branding and digital marketing campaigns
- Work closely with sales team to promote properties
- Analyze engagement and improve content performance
Preferred Profile
- Experience in digital marketing or content creation
